"Easy-to-Use Timesheets That Work Great for Field Teams"

Our company uses HH2 for timesheets and as a sync client between RedTeam Flex and Sage 300.

For the timesheet component, the system is very easy to use and doesn't required additional training for a new user other than showing them where to find the coding. From there, they can easily go in and enter their hours throughout the week as needed. Our field teams use the system and it is easy to navigate between multiple timesheets if you are overseeing multiple employees.

The sync client does a decent job considering the number of transactions we are pushing through the system on a day to day basis. While they can sometimes be slow, the support team is always willing to help and when needed, they always find a solution quickly. We do not run into any slowness or outages with the system.

I do have any pricing information nor have I seen AI being leveraged in the system. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.

Cosa non ti piace di hh2?

When transactions fail between RedTeam, hh2, and Sage, the error message that comes back to our team does not provide a lot of details. It can make it difficult to find a resolution for that specific issue.

I wish the system offered a copy from previous week option, or any AI functionality that could make it easier to enter timesheets that nothing is different since I code to the same place every week.

It would be nice if the system could integrate with our HRMS dayforce sso that time off requests automatically pulled into the timesheet and didn't require me to have to manually enter it.

No complaints on pricing since I do not have those details. That being said, I do think the system is worth whatever we pay for it since it's so easy to use for our field teams but the mobile application is difficult to use compared to the web version. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.

HH2 solves our process for managing employee timesheets and also pushing transactions through from RedTeam Flex to Sage 300.

HH2 is the only connector that RedTeam offers so for the purpose we have it, it works well with some minor issues. If it did not exist, we would have to manually push all project financials into Sage 300. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.

Cosa non ti piace di hh2?

Ho acquistato HH2 Payroll e Field Reports con l'intenzione che si integrasse con il mio software di contabilità. Durante il processo di vendita, ho ripetutamente sottolineato che l'integrazione diretta era il mio obiettivo principale. In nessun momento mi è stato comunicato che HH2 non supporta QuickBooks Desktop. Dato che la nostra azienda stava inizialmente pianificando di passare a Sage, HH2 ci è stato raccomandato dal nostro fornitore di hosting. Tuttavia, durante la fase finale di implementazione, abbiamo scoperto che Sage mancava di una funzionalità critica di cui avevamo bisogno, rendendolo inutilizzabile per la nostra attività.

Questo ci ha lasciato a fare affidamento sul nostro attuale setup di QuickBooks Desktop, solo per poi scoprire che HH2 non si integra affatto con QuickBooks Desktop. Se questo fosse stato comunicato durante il processo di vendita, non avremmo proceduto con l'acquisto.

Nonostante abbia contattato HH2 immediatamente dopo aver scoperto questo problema, si sono rifiutati di fornire qualsiasi rimborso, anche se il servizio non è stato utilizzato. Ho persino offerto di coprire i costi ragionevoli di configurazione e onboarding mentre richiedevo un rimborso parziale, ma la mia richiesta è stata respinta categoricamente. Peggio ancora, dopo la mia richiesta iniziale, HH2 è diventato non responsivo e non disposto a ulteriori discussioni.

La mancanza di trasparenza durante il processo di vendita e la loro riluttanza a impegnarsi in una risoluzione in buona fede è deludente. Avverto fortemente le aziende che stanno considerando HH2 di verificare attentamente qualsiasi affermazione sulle integrazioni prima di firmare un contratto o effettuare un pagamento, poiché HH2 non offrirà alcuna flessibilità anche in situazioni in cui il loro software non soddisfa le esigenze di un cliente.
