Why there is an implementation fee ?
Performance Management is one of the most complex processes, and to help you serve better, we charge a one-time implementation fee. The fee is to take you onboard, understand your process, configuring your process and getting you started. The Implementation charge is based on the services.

All issues related to Data and Process are responded through the Portal.
The Portal has an easy solution base too, with quick FAQ and DIY hacks.

How does the feedback work in GroSum ?
In GroSum, you can give or get feedback from anyone within the organization. You can attach the feedback to Performance Attributes. Feedback can also import with the help of external Email.

Are the set of Performance Attributes pre defined in GroSum or user can customize it ?
The set of Performance Attributes is completely configurable within GroSum. Within a few clicks, you can set your own set of Performance Attributes across the organization.
