What stood out to me with eSurvey is how flexible it is once you get past the basics. At GreenLeaf, we use it mainly for client feedback and occasional internal surveys, and the ability to mix different collection methods web and mobile mostly for us has been genuinely useful. The logic options are strong compared to other tools I’ve tried—things like branching and answer piping make it possible to ask more relevant questions instead of forcing everyone through the same flow. I also like the reporting side. Exporting data into formats we can actually use in our analysis workflow especially spreadsheets saves time, and the structure is clean enough that we don’t spend hours reworking it. The interface isn’t the most intuitive at first. It took some trial and error to fully understand how to set up more advanced surveys, especially when using logic rules. It’s not something you can just jump into and master in an hour. Also, while the reporting is solid, the visual dashboards feel a bit dated and could be easier to customize. For quick executive summaries, we sometimes still reformat results outside the platform. Recensione raccolta e ospitata su G2.com.
