One is a steep learning curve. First setting up Apptivo, required a great technical background, skill resources. The second thing is it has a steep learning curve. So we spent significant effort to train our user base for Apptivo. Initial setup was a bit time consuming. due to a couple of reasons. We have to have custom workflows configured.
