The main problem is that i can see the images with quality in my mobile phone unless if it is a slow network then only quality decreases but on coming to desktop version the image quality is gets some times in a blurred manner although it has good internet speed.

As the customer support in zoom is not at the par level , and it needs high attention as we get stuck into various problems and expect the customer support team to look into it while on the other hand we do not get such service. So there is a need of improvement in the customer support.

Zoom provides easy access but still sometime malicious activities such as addition of unknown users and Loosing data also happens.

Looking at the competition (Google Hangouts Meet, Skype etc), there are a lot of features that the other providers are offering. Is Zoom going to match them with more features in the Free version?

Is there any indication that Google Hangouts Meet is going to introduce file transfer? It will be a great feature since every one in the meeting can have a look at the files shared.

It would be even a great app to use if it had this missing feature of recording meetings for future use in the free version.
