Zapium gives our team a centralized place to manage and track our customers records (locations, assets, work orders, inspections,). I like that the system keeps operational records organized and easy to track without relying on multiple spreadsheets.

Useful Platform for Managing Customer Assets and Maintaining Clear Audit Trails
What I like best is the way Zapium connects asset records with maintenance activities. From an admin perspective, it is easier to see which asset has open work, what has been completed, and what still needs attention. It allowed us to consolidate our customers records and their asset registers, and also, standardize the overall checklists/forms that are filled in as Maintenance Activities.

From an HR and operations perspective, Zapium helps us maintain better visibility into employees, availability, and their audits/tasks assignments. It is useful for our managers when operations and HR need to coordinate resource planning, travelling, etc.
