I like how easy it is to send emails with Workshop. They've really reduced the potential for human error with their scheduling system, which is something I've found lacking in other platforms. It helps reduce errors and maintains our staff's trust in us to deliver reliable communications quickly, without glitching out. The initial setup was easy too, thanks to their hands-on approach and really clear to-do list, which impressed me. Also, it helps us deliver information in a more visually appealing way and provides specific data on engagement, allowing us to establish a baseline for improving employee communications.
