I mostly use TextExpander in customer support scenarios, allowing me to quickly enter and tailor canned responses for writing to customers and expanding templated forms and instructions for our operations team. It saves me time since I don't have to find and copy/paste canned responses and templates. I especially appreciate the keyboard shortcut, which lets me search our entire library of snippets; it's useful because we have a lot of them and I sometimes forget the abbreviations. Additionally, the TextExpander team was really helpful in assisting us with the bulk upload of a large number of snippets.

TextExpander saves me time and eliminates repetitive typing. I can insert anything from short phrases to whole pages of text to save time and typing. I'm able to complete tasks faster with fewer errors by using my "Snippets."

I use TextExpander in my daily activities for both work and personal tasks. I have created many snippets which I use often, and it saves me keystrokes for phrases I frequently use. I really like the ease of creating and organizing snippets, and I appreciate that I can specify the abbreviation to suit my needs. It makes it easier to keep track of and organize my context-specific snippets. Also, the initial setup was easy, and I use it on both my Mac and PC to fill in fields in almost every application I use.
