I like the integration of digital vehicle inspection and estimates that we can send to the customer and include finance options. The DVI is inside of Tekmetric, which was a motivating factor for our switch from NAPA Tracs.

I appreciate that Tekmetric is customizable to suit any task, which is valuable for both me and the techs in the shop. If something isn't working well, I can adjust it to meet our needs. Tekmetric helps solve communication issues by clearly showing what work is completed and what needs to be done. It keeps all our records in one easy place, eliminating the need for paper and simplifying data storage. I also like that using Tekmetric is simple and straightforward, especially compared to our previous software, Reesa. The setup was quick, taking about 15 minutes, and there are plenty of videos explaining how to use the platform. Overall, Tekmetric works great for everything we need, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

All the information it pulls up along side the ticket that I'm in such as specs (torque, how to do resets, etc.), fluids (fluid types for services, oil, trans, diff, etc.) Helps to make the workflow through the shop clear and easy to identify what my tasks are.
