It's easy to quickly find colleagues by typing their name and the ability to add multiple colleagues on one post. The hashtags are for the company to filter through and view posts on the administration side. I have really been enjoying the challenges posted by admin for staff to gain more points. It's not just work tasks but tasks involving mental and physical health of participants or the use of other systems used by the company. It's a great feature that adds to the experience and keeps users interacting with the site. And, of course, I love that teachers can trade the points they earn for rewards. It's really come in handy when I needed a gift card or some school merch. I've even heard of teachers saving up all their points for a Disney gift card they used at the Disney parks. Nectar is a fantastic program to help boost moral.

I love that you can use Nectar to shout out outstanding performances, celebrations, and other wins. It genuinely brings me a lot of joy when I receive a shoutout, and I assume my colleagues feel the same way when they get one too.
