Compliqué, cher et avec un logiciel peu fiable

Au niveau logiciel, l'expérience a été très frustrante : documentation confuse, API avec des comportements incohérents et temps de réponse instables. Plusieurs fois, nous avons eu des problèmes avec des callbacks qui ne s'exécutaient pas ou des erreurs difficiles à traquer. De plus, le prix est élevé par rapport à la valeur réelle qu'ils apportent.
