Intuitive, User-Friendly Tool with Exceptional Support

I love how user-friendly Innago is, and I appreciate that it is a free platform. I love the customer service; I had a question regarding a double rent payment refund, and even though I was unsure if Innago handled it, I reached out to them. They got back to me very quickly with answers and helped direct me on solutions to fix my issue. Innago makes my job as a landlord a lot easier to manage, keeping things organized and clean. It also makes my tenants' jobs easier, and a lot of them use the automatic rent payment feature, which is convenient for them and myself. The initial setup was really simple and intuitive, and I was able to use some of the videos that Innago created to help me figure things out.

Once you set up your rental and the tenant, a lot of the processes are automated so you don’t have to go in and send the invoice and deal with any hassle.

I find Innago incredibly useful for managing property as a self landlord because it includes every feature I need. I particularly appreciate how it makes accepting payments seamless, regardless of the form. This functionality is extremely valuable to me. Additionally, setting up Innago was very easy, which added to my positive experience.
