All-in-One Email Marketing and Landing Pages That Keep Leads Organized

I use EngageBay mainly for email marketing and creating landing pages for our business. What I like most is both tools are available in one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. Creating email broadcasts is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to update content when we anounce new batches, workshops or activities. The landing page builder has also been useful for collecting inquiries. I can quickly create a page, add a form, and start capturing leads without needing technical help. Once someone submits a form, their information is automatically available in the CRM, which saves time and keeps things organized.

EngageBay Keeps Task Tracking and Follow-Ups Organized

I mostly use EngageBay for task tracking and managing follow-ups. It's easy to create tasks, updated statuses, and move them from one stage to another depending on the progress. That has helped me stay organized while handling multiple client and candidate conversations. I also like that tasks, notes, and contact details are connected together, so it's easier to check previous activity before following up.

EngageBay Keeps Contacts, Email Campaigns, and Automations in One Place

I started using EngageBay mainly to organize my contacts and stop missing follow-ups from website inquiries. Earlier I was managing leads in spreadsheets and sending emails manually, which became difficult to track once the number of enquiries increased. What I personally use the most is the automation workflow section. I have workflows setup for inquiry follow-ups, reminder emails and lead assignments and it saves me a lot of repetitive work during the week. I also use the email templates and campaign features regularly for sending updates and promotional emails. Another thing I like is that contact hisotry, emails and tasks are available in one place, so I can quickly check previous communication before responding to a lead or client.
