The heatmap is a great tool for gaining insights into the results of large groups or departments within our organization. The functionality that allows you to deep dive into the scores and responses for a large group is very helpful. The support of Sandra, the senior succes manager, is really great. She is experienced, helpful and friendly. It is great to work with her.

I like that Eletive provides insights on 12 key measurements and allows us to see the score over a period of time. These measurements cover clear and important areas which are often not discussed regularly. Eletive asks about those specific topics, ensuring we collect data and understand how people feel, which we wouldn't be able to do as frequently without Eletive. Additionally, there are a lot of settings you can adjust, which I find very nice because it lets you decide what you want to see and ask.
