Bria worked to help me manage calls that come to my business VOIP line (for which I use Corvum) via my cell phone, and to make outgoing calls from my cell phone reflect my office number. In the past, I had this functionality bundled via a single provider. When I left to find a more cost-effective alternative, I was introduced to Bria. The process has not always been seamless, and I find it a little cumbersome to keep track of calls this way. I would prefer a single-product approach. There were often issues related to being logged out, which made it easy to miss calls. Bria as a stand-alone product might offer a different experience, but working in conjunction with my VOIP provided, it was not a good solution.

It provides a phone service for us that is affordable and can be tailored to our business needs.

J'utilise BRIA 5 depuis 2019, et ce que j'apprécie le plus, c'est sa fiabilité et sa simplicité pour la communication quotidienne. La qualité des appels reste constamment claire, et l'interface est propre et facile à naviguer, ce qui me permet de gérer les appels, les messages et les contacts au même endroit sans tracas.
