# Sharex scroll save opens at 19% zoom but print screen opens at 100% When I do a print screen save with ShareX it saves it in the proper folder and when I open it with irfanview image viewer it opens at 100% and fills the screen. Excellent. But when I do a scrolling screen capture of the same page which is Majorgeeks.com, when I open up the saved PNG file it opens up at 19% zoom and I don't understand why.
