While doing screen automation, Sometimes bot will not identify the screen which is appearing.

The Product has very limited ability to automate Mainframe Applications & MS office Features, Our Process automation is severely set back specially on the I series of IBM Application & MS Excel Power Pivot functionalities.

We've encountered websites that do not allow bots on their websites. Some allow for an API call however, some don't even allow for this...Does Automation Anyhwhere have a team in place that can work with specific websites to look for options that bot buiilders can rely on?
