Versatile Testing Platform with Excellent Usability

I find BrowserStack incredibly easy to use. The reporting is really helpful, and I love how simple it is to access the details of test runs. The setup was also very easy, and the team was helpful in getting us started, answering any questions we had.

First, the real device testing (not just emulators). Meaning we don't have to maintain our own device lab while still testing real‑world conditions, including legacy browsers and OS.. This is key for us, since we build customer‑facing portals, public websites, and native applications, in a highly regulated industry where backward compatibility matters. Second, their unified platform for manual, automated, visual, and accessibility testing reduce tool sprawl and context switching, which improves the speed and consistency of our QA team.
