Para nosotros, los ejercicios basados en escenarios marcaron la mayor diferencia. Los estudiantes se involucran más cuando pueden aplicar conceptos en lugar de solo consumir contenido. Las herramientas que apoyan la ramificación o escenarios del mundo real tienden a funcionar mejor.

What worked well for our team with LinkedIn Learning was how easy it was to get people started. There was not a lot of setup friction, and the short lesson format made it feel manageable, which I think is a big reason people actually used it. It was not the most interactive option we looked at, but for something simple and easy to access, it did the job well.

Una cosa que hemos notado es que la interactividad solo funciona realmente cuando está vinculada a un resultado claro. Simplemente agregar cuestionarios o gamificación por sí solos no marcó mucha diferencia; hizo más diferencia cuando esos elementos realmente reforzaron lo que se suponía que el aprendiz debía lograr.
