# Which sales training tools include performance analytics so managers can see which reps are improving on specific skills and which ones are just clicking through?

I am looking for sales training and onboarding tools with analytics features that help managers distinguish skill development from passive completion. Here are five tools rated highest on these dimensions:

Aspireship: The manager-facing analytics layer provides the visibility needed to see which reps are progressing against specific competencies and certifications rather than simply tracking who has clicked through modules.

Cockpit: The combination of top-tier assessment capability and strong manager portal visibility creates one of the most complete analytics stacks for distinguishing reps who are developing genuine skills from those who are passively completing requirements.

SmartWinnr: It performs well on every management-facing dimension, making it a good choice for managers who need active analytics for skill development.

Awarathon: Provides managers with analytics visibility tied to simulation-based skill practice rather than purely consumption-based completion metrics. The combination makes it possible for managers to assess actual skill execution quality rather than only tracking whether a module was opened.

Digemy: The certification tracking feature adds accountability structure to the assessment data in this tool

Which analytics capability creates the most value for your manager team? Is it manager-facing skill and completion dashboards, assessment-based competency scoring, certification progress tracking, or coaching program effectiveness measurement?

The “clicking through vs actually learning” gap is real. Awarathon leans more toward how reps perform, and not just completion. But even then, I’ve seen teams not really use that data properly. Do managers actually go back and coach off those insights, or does it just sit there?
