It makes it easy to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across web, app, push, email, and SMS without needing separate tools. The Architect feature is especially valuable. It allows us to build end-to-end customer journeys with a clear logic and automation structure, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces manual work. Another strong point is the platform’s flexibility and speed. We can quickly test ideas, iterate on campaigns, and act on insights without heavy technical dependency, which is critical for a fast-moving marketing team.
