ZoomInfo and Apollo are great if the goal is “get usable contacts into Salesforce/HubSpot fast,” but they’re not what I’d pick if I only cared about verification accuracy and keeping bad emails out of the CRM. For that, ZeroBounce feels like the more natural fit since it’s actually built around verification workflows/API usage. So yeah, depends what problem you’re solving: better prospecting workflow, or stricter data hygiene. Those sound similar, but they’re not really the same stack.

### Comment 2

We’ve found native integrations like Apollo or ZoomInfo just easier to work with. Data goes straight into the CRM and everything stays in sync. Zapier works too, but it adds an extra layer that can sometimes break or slow things down.

We found Wiza to be helpful for LinkedIn-heavy workflows, but it’s more about lead capture than full CRM hygiene.

### Comment 4

One thing we learned is that where verification happens matters. Catching bad emails at form entry or import is much more effective than cleaning data later.
