# Best RPA software for small businesses

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m trying to find an <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/robotic-process-automation-rpa">RPA tool</a> that actually makes sense for a small business, not something built mainly for giant teams with giant budgets. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few I’ve been looking at:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/microsoft-power-automate/reviews"><strong>Microsoft Power Automate</strong></a>: seems like a strong option if cost matters and you already use Microsoft tools. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/uipath-agentic-automation/reviews"><strong>UiPath</strong></a>:  looks like a bigger platform, but it still comes up a lot in small-business RPA comparisons. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/automation-anywhere-agentic-process-automation/reviews"><strong>Automation Anywhere</strong></a>: seems worth considering if you want a more established RPA vendor with cloud capabilities. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/zapier/reviews"><strong>Zapier</strong></a>:  not traditional RPA, but it seems appealing for smaller teams that just want to automate repetitive app-based tasks quickly. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/robocorp/reviews"><strong>Robocorp</strong></a>: looks interesting from a budget angle, especially for teams that are comfortable with a more technical setup. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m less interested in the most powerful platform on paper and more in which one a small business can actually afford, set up, and get value from without a huge learning curve.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For smaller teams, which RPA tool felt like the smartest buy once you got past the demo and started using it for real work?</p>

I’d lean toward whatever platform makes automation approachable, because SMBs usually need practical time savings more than deep enterprise control.
