How do I bring examity to a small organization? Do I need to register the organization?

I am planning to introduce examity to my friend who has a small organization. Where they want to start requiring an exam for certification. So far, I have read a good reviews about Examity. They prefer Examity to other vendor.

Is there a way to turn off automatic lockdown manually on iPad? If there isn't, why?

I get that the idea is not having people use any tools while doing the exam but by simpling automatically closing the attempt at the exam it should be more than enough. A semester ago I was locked out for a whole night for an error on the exam, a time when I needed to use the device.
