there is only a basic HR module for SAP B1

My client have produced a product from SAP B1 production process and after the production was completed my client want to charge freight cost in the product price and also want to record this expense.

From what I know, SAP Business One is very flexible, like you can create supplier invoice from receiving data or Purchase Order data, but it there control that you can't create the same invoice from both and make a wrong redundant data ?
