I like that it allows me to be in more places at once metaphorically and makes my 1:1s much easier. The reps appreciate having a system that helps coach them on everything sales related, with calls, meetings, and training all in one place. It's super easy to use. I love the AI reports, coaching on meetings and reps, and the tailored coaching plans based on rep performance. As a manager, I have to cover a lot of employees and topics, and Triple Session simplifies coaching by breaking down processes like creating scorecards and summaries tailored to my organization's sales process. The team is small but very good, super friendly, and helpful. Matt is always willing to help with setting up call SaaS or answering sales coaching questions. Their training product is the best I have seen, and it integrates well with Hubspot.
