I love Patriot Software's customer service. It's great that I can talk to a real person quickly when I need help. As a first-time business owner, having those empathetic responses and creative ways to solve problems makes it amazing for me. Also, the initial setup was so easy.

Patriot has the most helpful customer service I've ever experienced. They are quick to respond and always friendly. They've helped me with everything from how to get the software to do what I needed to explaining specific payroll tax laws I was confused about. The flat rate, monthly pricing is fantastic, too. I know exactly what our cost is going to be each month, even if we add/subtract employees. And the value for the price is unbeatable.
