I like that Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is easy to use. Whenever I have any issues, like a gift not working properly or if it's damaged, I email their service team, and they reply immediately. The FedEx return shipments are convenient because they get picked up at work. It’s also great because the service is efficient, especially for handling issues with unionized employees, enhancing customer service on our end and improving company culture. I really appreciate that uploading a list is simple; I do it once a year at the beginning or end of the year, and then we get automated emails. I can't really ask for more. You have a guide on the format, you just upload it, and you’re done.
