Auf Software-Ebene war die Erfahrung sehr frustrierend: verwirrende Dokumentation, APIs mit inkonsistentem Verhalten und instabile Antwortzeiten. Mehrmals hatten wir Probleme mit Callbacks, die nicht ausgeführt wurden, oder schwer nachvollziehbaren Fehlern. Außerdem sind die Preise im Vergleich zum tatsächlichen Wert, den sie bieten, hoch.
