Looking at the analytics and feedback of the documents, we can change the way how the presentation and the content of the document should be change for maximum communication efficiency. The changes in the documents does not change the link which avoids sender to send a renewed link again. Lead can also be generated by this platform allowing sender to know who opened the file and how much content was seen from the documents. Branding can also be pushed with this platform. I feel that the pricing of this platform is moderate for this platform. The Calendbook allows scheduling more easy in this platform. The security of this platform is trustworthy providing access control over the files ensuring the right person sees it. This also provides more accountability while using this platform.

Meiner Meinung nach ist eine der wichtigsten Fähigkeiten die Möglichkeit, eine Datei zu aktualisieren, ohne den Link zu ändern. Wenn Sie einen Tippfehler finden oder Ihre Preise aktualisieren, können Sie das Dokument im Backend austauschen, und der ursprüngliche Link, den Sie an 50 Personen gesendet haben, zeigt automatisch die neue Version an. Das gefällt mir sehr.
