The pre-warmed mailbox pool is the biggest unlock. We run cold campaigns for multiple clients and the ability to spin up warmed mailbox inventory in minutes, versus setting up domains, DKIM, and 2-week warmups ourselves, saves weeks per client launch. The warmup engine itself works well and the API is solid enough that we automate most of our campaign builds, lead uploads, and reply handling programmatically through it instead of clicking in the UI.

I use Instantly for cold outreach on 18 inboxes and it simplifies the warmup and management of all inboxes and organization. I like how simple, easy, and versatile it is. The Unibox feature is something I enjoy because it makes it easy to reply to leads. Furthermore, everything works perfectly fine for me.
