Essential Communication Tool with Room for Visual Improvement

I use Haystack for communication between coworkers to keep up to date. It allows us all to see the same directions being communicated, helping everyone stay in the 'know'. I really appreciate its ease of use and the way the site is laid out which makes it easy to find important information. The feature that lets you create and post in separate groups has been helpful, especially since, for us cooks, we don't need to see everything upper management has going on in their group. This keeps us focused and not overrun with posts. It was an easier platform to navigate and keep track of information compared to the previous platform we used, 'The Portal'. Additionally, the initial setup of Haystack was super easy.

It’s my go-to destination for anything company-related, and I use it multiple times a day. I also love how we can customize different areas to suit specific departments or projects. That keeps information organized and relevant, reduces clutter, and improves efficiency. Haystack integrates seamlessly with our existing tools, so our workflow isn’t disrupted, and it brings all our essential company platforms together in one place. The social features are a huge plus, too. It feels more like a community space than a static intranet, which has helped our team feel more connected—especially remote members.
