Data Mission: Sync replicates Dataverse, Business Central Online, and Salesforce data to Azure SQL, landing in a database you own, in your tenant, refreshed hourly. If your reports, SQL views, and downstream tools were built to query SQL but your data lives in Dataverse, BC, or Salesforce, Sync closes the gap without the API gymnastics or the cost of replication buried inside larger platforms you don't need.
What lands in SQL is what makes Sync different. Column names match the source — no _value suffixes on lookups, no plural table mangling. Sidecar columns bring lookup and option set names alongside their GUIDs. Polymorphic lookups arrive with a _type column so you always know what they point to. Schema drift is followed automatically rather than breaking the pipeline. The Dataverse audit table syncs cleanly, with the changedata JSON split into queryable before-and-after rows. Coverage is full: standard tables, custom extensions, calculated and rollup fields, deletes.
Sync runs through a behind-firewall agent with outbound-only connections and per-region static IPs for precise allow-listing. Credentials live in your own Entra tenant for Dataverse and BC, or a Connected App for Salesforce — you create them, scope them, and revoke them. SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Azure SQL Managed Instance are supported targets, with Microsoft Entra or SQL Authentication. A browser-based admin panel handles profiles, run history, failure alerts, and team access across four roles: Administrator, Operator, Billing Reader, Reader.
