ComplyCare is a cloud-based operational and compliance software platform designed specifically for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and post-acute care organizations. The platform replaces manual tracking systems with automated, role-based workflows to manage daily facility operations. Available via desktop and native mobile applications (iOS and Android), ComplyCare allows clinical and ancillary staff to log task completion, capture e-signatures, and clear assigned workflows directly from the floor. Core functionalities include automated discharge turnover orchestration, which sequences and routes cleaning and inspection tasks to Environmental Services (EVS) and Maintenance teams upon a patient's discharge. The platform also manages admission agreement compliance, tracking the lifecycle of intake packets to ensure all required legal documents and disclosures are signed and securely stored. Additional features include an interactive digital floor plan for real-time bed management, recurring compliance task scheduling, and grievance tracking. ComplyCare integrates directly with Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms, including PointClickCare. This integration synchronizes live census data, patient directories, and demographic information to eliminate duplicate data entry. Every completed workflow and captured signature within ComplyCare is automatically timestamped, generating immutable audit logs to support evidence collection for state and CMS surveys.
