I love this platform for its reliability and availability of almost every needed features for effective form or survey creation and analytical tools. The presence of AI and numerous Templates enable users with easy form creation. The templates and the form created by AI acts as a base from where the development and customizing of the forms becomes much easier and effective. The availability of help center and information through its Academy tab is really helpful enabling user to develop the skill set of using this platform even better. This makes the user more efficient. The capability of this platform to do an AI data Analysis is really good and makes informed decision making much faster than before. The sharing of form is also really easy with this platform with capability to create a contact list for recurring use. The collaboration of teams is also made easy using this platform. The capacity to store the question banks in this platform allows user for any future references. One feature that is commendable about this platform is the availability of Email Marketing. Other than this I also love the User friendly interface and the easy onboarding for users. I love the overall performance of this platform.
