Having everything in one place works well for our company and helps maintain consistency. The reporting features are also valuable, including monitoring sickness absence and annual leave allowances, which helps to streamline processes and ensure policies are consistently implemented. The team has been helpful in arranging workshops to improve our understanding of the system and how to use it more effectively. They are receptive to feedback and do take concerns seriously.
