
The core idea makes sense for recruiting. A rep with a real background in your target function carries more credibility than a fake profile or an obvious automation tool. Passive candidates — especially senior ones — look at who's reaching out before they respond. Having a rep with an actual work history in a relevant field gets you past that first filter more consistently than anything else I've tried.
