# inline chat improvements It would be beneficial to be able to tag in the chat any user with a profile in the tool to ensure they get a notification, especially when dealing with queries that could be urgent, and you want to be sure relevant people get notified. Another idea would be to allow some text formatting or text enrichment in the chat. Would it be possible to have the ability to "ping" someone? For example, if they are online to chat with them if they are available.
