Why are you scamming people from the LTD you offer?

My company is being scammed with the LTD that Nifty offers as they cannot keep track of who they offer this to. They offered it 2+ years ago on Appsumo to begin with and offered it to me and every year they charge you and even during holidays and special promotions they offer LTD and can't keep up with invoices to see who bought it and have to verify you bought it through a screenshot. Now they are charging my yearly costs for a big plan that I didn't agree to and they are submitting with the credit card company that this wasn't LTD when I have proof of a conversation between Skye and I discussing this matter. They are ignoring my support requests and ignoring my request to provide invoices with details that show that the purchase shows that it was LTD. Completely fraudulent and a scam to do this to businesses and not something I would want to see for a software company.
