Virtual Event Platforms Resources

Hey everyone! I’m helping plan a few upcoming virtual events and looking for a solid platform that can handle things like webinars, panels, networking sessions (pretty much all of it). We’re not throwing massive conferences, but we still want something polished and easy to use for both hosts and attendees. I came across a few platforms and wanted to get your take on these products?

• vFairs: Known for hosting immersive virtual conferences, trade shows, and career fairs. It offers cool interactive features like virtual booths and networking lounges, which are great for making events feel more dynamic.
• Livestorm: A browser-based platform that’s super clean and easy to use. It’s great for live webinars, product demos, and automated sessions, plus it works well without needing any downloads.
• RingCentral Events: (Formerly Hopin) — great for multi-session events like summits or expos. It’s got good tools for audience engagement like polls, chat, and breakout networking, and works well for medium to large virtual gatherings.
• Zoom Events & Webinars: Built on top of Zoom (so most people already know how to use it), this version adds extra features for managing registrations, sessions, and reporting—all in a familiar setup.
• Airmeet: A virtual event platform with a focus on networking and interaction. It has a unique “Social Lounge” for 1:1 and group convos, and is good for community-driven events and webinars.

Honestly, I just want something that doesn’t crash, looks decent, and doesn’t make people groan when they get the invite. If you’ve hosted events on any of these. Drop your thoughts if you have used or heard about these products.
