I will answer this question with the best of my current understanding. When you set up a new meeting in Zoom, at the bottom of your screen between "Record" and "Reactions," access "Breakout Rooms." I will answer this question to the best of my current understanding. Within Zoom, a host (the person who leads each meeting) now has options to set up more secure video conferences. For example, a host can choose to set up a meeting as invitation only (only people invited can join) or with a password (only people with the right password can enter the meeting) or by locking it after all participants have entered (so no one else can join).
