# How do I get the audio to work?

The new version I downloaded have issues with audio.

I recommend that you download the latest version of Zoom again and reinstall it.

Sometimes the problem may not be Zoom at all. If you are on a Windows 10 or MacOS device, the audio may be blocked. You can correct this by checking your application's permissions to ensure that the Zoom application or your web browser can use your audio.
