Question on: Canvas X Draw
macOS Big Sur Version 11.0.1 and Canvas Draw
I just updated my OS and Canvas Draw will not load any old drawings or import a jpg. I have not tried any other tasks. Any ideas or do I go back to my old OS? I just found the answer except that I am having to use the trial version because my licence key is not being accepted!

You can download a **beta** version of Canvas X Draw that works on Big Sur here https://www.canvasgfx.com/x-draw-big-sur-beta/. It’s important to remember that, because this is a beta, we do not officially support Big Sur right now. Until compliancy has been met, you may experience issues running in the beta, but please don’t hesitate to pass along any feedback to our support team.

Question on: Adobe Illustrator
How can I save the image without it being pixelated directly from Adobe Illustrator and not using Photoshop?
Hi, I am not clear on what you are trying to accomplish. You want to save an Illustrator file without pixels? If so then Illustrator is absolutely the right program to use so you're headed in the right direction.
Illustrator is a vector graphics program and doesn't use pixels but rather mathematical paths to form what you create. If you save as a JPG, GIF, PNG or other raster file type then your file will be made up of the pixel grid as that is how raster files are created.
If you're wanting to save a file as vector that someone can open with a program other than Illustrator, you can save as a PDF. To do that in Illustrator you go: File Menu Dropdown > Choose "Save As" > Format Dropdown select "Adobe PDF" > For options be sure "Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities" is checked and you can leave all of the other setting alone. You will have a vector file that can be viewed and used by other vector programs.
