Question on: monday Work Management
What is the best way to visualise complicated systems where multiple users are involved?
I am currently attempting to improve my boards within Monday.com, there are a lot of tasks that get lost or never heard of again. I am having trouble on Monday, being able to see things where it was forgotten long after the due date.

Hi Kevin!
In order to make sure tasks assigned to different team members aren't lost on the way, make sure to use the My week feature which will show all tasks due that week/next or last week. You can follow other team members to make sure you're on top of their workloads as well.
Then, you can select the option to show only tasks that have Deadline mode set- which will show you all overdue tasks!
Another option to see all tasks not yet done, is to use the Search everything function. By searching a user's name, you'll get a list of ALL tasks assigned to him/her, and the status of the task.
Feel free to send in an email to support@monday.com if you have any questions about this:)

Is it possible to select the columns to download when exporting a .csv report?
Yes. Filter the report to the view you want, then download it. It will only show columns for the data you have filtered for.

Question on: Hubstaff
How can I have a time report per project per month simply ?
Go to Reports --> Time & Activities --> Set your date range to last month (which automatically takes the last calendar month) --> half way down, set Group by: to Project.
This will give you the total time and total $ costed to that project if you have billing rates in for each of your members that worked on the projects.

You can get a monthly time report per project in Hubstaff very easily by using the Reports section:
Go to Reports in the Hubstaff dashboard.
Select Time & Activity (or Weekly/Daily reports, depending on your layout).
Group by: Project.
Set the date range to the month you want (e.g., Jan 1–Jan 31).
Apply any filters you need (team member, organization, etc.).
Export the report (CSV/PDF) if needed.
This will give you a clear breakdown of total tracked hours per project for that month, without needing to manually combine data.
