How it works

LoadSignal

LoadSignal is automated track and trace for freight brokers, carriers and 3PLs moving roughly 100 to 2,000 loads a month. It pulls truck positions from ELDs, carrier share links and the driver app, re-checks every active load every five minutes, follows up with drivers by your rules, and flags only the loads that need a person, so your team hears about a delay before the customer calls. It works alongside your TMS or on its own. It is not a TMS: no rating, settlements or accounting. - Live map and a priority board of every active load, worst first - Positions from Samsara, Motive and other ELDs, carrier share links, the iOS and Android driver app, or a texted browser link - Every active load re-checked every 5 minutes: stale or lost tracking, late pickup, off route, stopped truck, ETA past the appointment, long dwell, missing POD - Alerts with a recommended next action, escalated on a timer when nobody acknowledges - Driver follow-ups at the level you choose: suggest, draft for approval, or automatic - AI reads driver text replies, checks them against GPS, then applies them or hands them to a person - Customer milestone emails and a live tracking page, drafted for approval by default or sent automatically - Create loads from a rate confirmation PDF (uploaded or emailed), CSV, the API or your TMS - Carrier and customer emails read and turned into suggestions: a moved appointment, a delay, a detention claim - ETA from a truck route, with optional hours-of-service rest; withdrawn when tracking is lost - Detention claims drafted from GPS dwell time, with a trip record PDF as evidence - GPS trust checks: spoofing apps, impossible jumps, one phone in two trucks - Add carriers by MC number with FMCSA lookup; warning when a carrier went dark or late on recent loads - Chrome Companion: a load's truck, ETA and alerts in a side panel next to your TMS - Integrations: Rose Rocket, Samsara, Motive; Turvo, McLeod, Tai, Aljex and project44 in beta; REST API and webhooks - Analytics: on-time, tracking compliance and detention by customer and carrier

NAVISS

NAVISS (Navigation Around-View Intelligent System) is an advanced AI-powered solution developed by Seadronix to enhance maritime safety by providing real-time, 360-degree situational awareness for ships. By integrating data from multiple sensor modules installed on the vessel, NAVISS constructs a comprehensive around-view of the ship's surroundings, effectively minimizing blind spots and reducing the risk of collisions. This system is particularly beneficial in complex environments such as coastal waters, narrow channels, and during port approaches, where traditional radar and AIS systems may not detect all nearby objects.
