What is the best way to transfer the information about waiting time in queue while using talkdesk?Sometimes I receive complaints from customers about waiting for too long in the queue and I was wondering what is the best way to move this information to Microsoft Excel, are you planning in the near future to have a way to move or create spreadsheets from talk desk to Microsoft excel?

I have set up my own Live Dashboard so that I can see the metrics I need to stay aware of all at once for real time monitoring. I keep that open in a window on my computer, we also have a computer connected in the call center with that displayed so everyone can see it.
As for getting it into Excel, you can set up reports to be automatically emailed to you every week (or when you require) in .csv format which Excel can read. I hope that helps!

Can it be changed so that my status when turning on the talkdesk is always offline,When I turn on my talkdesk my status is always available, I wish it could be changed and that I can put it on at will, before turning on the talkdesk to put my status offline

It can, your supervisor has the ability to do so. It will be located under Admin - Preferences and where it says Agent Workflow. Changing the Default Agent Status is under the custom status'.
BUT changing it there will change it for the whole team.
