Zoom certainly gives you the capability to have online meetings, and also has integrations with Google products. After logging in to Zoom, you are able to create a session ID to send to your client. You can set an appointment time just as you would if he or she were coming into an office. Zoom allows you to see each other in real-time. You also have the capability to share the screen if there is something you want to show. Also, if necessary, the session can be recorded.
