Yes, Amplitude is able to unify user journeys across devices and platforms, as well as merge users who are anonymous and then sign in at a later point. You can set up cross-domain tracking as well. Learn more here: https://amplitude.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003135607-Tracking-Unique-Users

I for example was lucky that I was able to find a lot of information about a special spy without much difficulty https://spyguy.club/ , here too you can look and read. I think that it certainly will not be redundant, because you can learn more about any person, where he goes and so on. For example, you need to check the girl or guy for fidelity and it will help a lot.

What counts as an event, and how do I send data to Amplitude?
Sending data to Amplitude
Show More
An event is an action that a user takes in your product, like ‘Create account’, ‘Add to cart’, or ‘Share photo’. It could also be an event that occurs in your product without user action like ‘Verification completed’. You can also attach custom properties to an event.
You can send Amplitude events via our SDKs (iOS, Android, Javascript, Unity), server-side using our HTTPS API, or ETL partners like Segment and mParticle.

Question on: Amplitude Analytics
I'm not sure how many monthly events I'll need. How can I estimate my event volume?
Estimating monthly event volume
Show More
This number depends on several factors, but generally it's calculated by multiplying your number of monthly active users by an estimate of the average number of actions a user performs each month. We’re here to help you figure this out! Just reach out to contact@amplitude.com or through our website https://amplitude.com.
