Towmo is a dealer management system built specifically for trailer dealerships. Most trailer dealers end up running an automotive DMS designed for car lots and adapted to fit, or a patchwork of spreadsheets, a whiteboard rental calendar, a separate website vendor and QuickBooks. Towmo replaces all of it with one system, built by people who run a trailer dealership. One platform runs the whole operation. Inventory management covers new and used units with VIN decode, photos, cost and pricing. Sales handles quotes that convert to orders, bill of sale, and tax and fees by state. Rentals are first-class: a live availability calendar, rental agreements, and online booking that customers complete themselves. Service and work orders put labor, parts and shop supplies on a single screen through to invoice. Parts inventory tracks on-hand quantities, reorder points and barcodes. A built-in CRM keeps leads and customers together with every order, rental and service ticket on the record. Your customer-facing dealer website is part of the platform rather than a separate vendor. Towmo builds and hosts it on your own domain, running off the same data you use behind the counter, so units you add to inventory appear online without anyone re-typing them, and rental bookings and contact forms come straight back into the system. Three things set Towmo apart from the platforms trailer dealers usually land on. Rentals are treated as a core business, not an afterthought bolted onto a sales system, and customer self-booking is something the incumbent dealer management systems simply do not offer. The dealer website is included instead of billed by a third party who cannot see your inventory. And pricing is published: one flat rate, with no per-user charges, no per-module upsell and no annual contract. Towmo integrates with QuickBooks Online for accounting, eCrypt for card processing including card-present terminals, Documenso for e-signature, Sent for SMS, and Ride Dog for GPS tracking. Towmo is cloud-based and runs in a web browser with nothing to install, so your counter, your shop and your phone all see the same live information. Invite your whole staff and set roles controlling what each person can see and do. Data migration is part of onboarding: we move your customers, units, parts and order history off your current system, and most dealers run Towmo alongside the old one for a few weeks before switching over. Support is by email, phone and knowledge base, with online documentation. Towmo serves independent trailer dealerships across the United States doing sales, rentals and service under one roof.
