Is PureOS an android?
Is PureOS an android?

No - But I certainly would like to see a "downloadable version" for developers to test install & configure on OTHER PRE-OWNED Android phones. I understand Pure OS is designed for Librem5 but NOT everyone can afford the high price. May be as important; bringing "NEW LIFE" back to perfectly fine phones being "BLOCKED - MERELY TO SELL NEW EQUIPMENT". In addition, I would think Purism would sell MANY MORE phone plans &/or AweSIM & SIMple as well. Hopefully helping to drive down the currant prices. I believe the Purism & the high value placed on security, but many perspective buyers shun away as it is still portrayed as still in development & most reviewers claim it CANNOT be relied upon as a daily device. So close, yet so far away the price & gamble become insurmountable...
IMHO,
